BODY CON
A short and sweet 30min body conditioning session for legs, arms and a smidgen of core. Equipment is not necessary but a nice-to-have: light dumbbells, small soft ball and booty band.

FEEL GOOD FLOW
A 40min Feel Good Flow for hips, shoulders, bums and tums!

CORE
A 35 minute core focused movement practice. All levels. A small ball or pillow will be useful but not neccessary.

RESTORE #1
A gentle 25 minute practice to wave through the spine, work out the hips and stretch the glutes.

RESTORE #2
A 30 minute practice to open the hips, check in with the wrists and lengthen the hamstrings.

RESTORE #3
A stretchy 30 minute practice focusing on hips, hamstrings and glutes. A goodie if you’ve just done a run.
