EVENING MOVEMENT PRACTICE

Class Content:
Open to all movers no matter your movement experience. Develop technical skills while you play. Structure is used to enable freedom of movement, unlock creativity and develop confidence - flow without a framework is a flood. Expect a grounded approach that puts mobility into movement, helping students "connect the dots".
