We are moving our Online Physical Conditioning classes to Patreon.

Please join us there for movement classes for a health-full mind, body and being.

Strength & Conditioning Classes:

Physical conditioning classes for general physical maintenance using mostly body-weight exercises. If you have light dunbells available (3kg or so) and a kettlebell (6kg or so) it's a bonus.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

7:30am - 8:15am
