STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

Comprehensive online strength and conditioning classes for overall physical development and maintenance, using body weight and basic equipment. All levels are welcome.

THERE ARE NO STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES IN DECEMBER 2023

Tuesdays + Thursdays

7:30am - 8:15am

*If you cannot attend live, recordings will be available and sent via email

8 class pack: R760 (two classes per week)

4 class pack: R380 (one class per week)

Drop-in: R100

*Class packages are valid for 4 weeks only

We recommend you invest in the following equipment (optional):

3kg dumbells - x2

4kg, 6kg or 8kg kettlebell - x1

Light or medium-strength Booty Band - x1

Light or medium strength Theraband - x1

Booking is essential!

  • Class packages are valid for 4 weeks only with no carry-overs or refunds

  • Package transfers to a friend/family member are possible

  • If you cannot attend live, recordings will be available for the remainder of the month and sent via email.
