Become friends with the floor in this three hour Floorwork Movement Masterclass: Develop strength and understanding through floorwork drills. Discover places and spaces to roll over, balance on and launch from through improvisation tasks. Create brain and body connection while accessing flow through floorwork phrases. The above will allow us to explore how to move into and out of the floor efficiently with softness, momentum and power while experiencing principles of expanding and contracting as well as lifting and sinking. This workshop is accessible to all able-bodied movers with a curiosity to deepen physical movement capacity as well as access an embodied movement practice.
